Spring is officially here and while your university days may be long gone, that doesn’t mean that a proper Spring Break isn’t in your future. Now is the perfect time to book out a chill three day weekend or extend the upcoming Memorial Day holiday weekend into a proper vacation. Located just 50 minutes from Managua’s international airport, Granada’s is Nicaragua’s oldest colonial city situated right on Lake Nicaragua and pretty much close to everything the country has to offer from beaches to hikes to the Mombacho Volcano. Rooms start at $290 a night for two.  For the (Not so) Posh Parents: Palm Beach, FloridaTraditionally associated with old money and classic luxury, Palm Beach has started to relax over the past decade and has slowly become a haven for those who love to do nothing in supreme style, perfect for old friends who want to reconnect or a chill solo jaunt to pamper yourself.Where To Stay: Eau Palm BeachSince their 12.5 million dollar renovation was completed in December complete with rooms designed by Jonathan Adler, the Eau Palm Beach has been on my personal list of hotels to discover.
